DIY or Call Us?

There is one thing an owner can safely check: the condition of visible profile trim and the drain grate. If RONDEC or JOLLY edges are loose enough to wiggle by hand, or if the KERDI-DRAIN grate sits unevenly, the anchoring system has failed and water is likely migrating behind.

What goes wrong with DIY Schluter roofing repair is almost always membrane bonding. KERDI and DITRA require a specific unmodified thin-set mortar for fleece bonding, applied at proper coverage rate with the correct trowel notch, in temperature and humidity conditions that allow curing before exposure.
